Jose Mourinho commented on two of his former sides Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea during last night’s Champions League final.
Chelsea are gearing up for a fresh start under Enzo Maresca while Tottenham are preparing for a second campaign with Ange Postecoglou.
Former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino left Stamford Bridge by mutual consent last week after finishing just three points behind Tottenham.
Both London clubs will be bidding to get back in the Champions League next season after missing out last term.
But Jose Mourinho is unsure about what Chelsea can achieve next season while also claiming he had more of an idea of Spurs’ aspirations.

Mourinho makes Tottenham and Chelsea comment
Speaking on TNT Sports’ coverage of the Champions League final, Mourinho was asked about Pochettino’s recent departure.
The Portuguese boss admitted he has ‘no idea’ what direction Chelsea are heading in. But he believes Spurs will be aiming for a top-four finish alongside winning the Europa League.
“I have no idea. I have no idea,” Mourinho said. “Tottenham, I have an idea. This is Tottenham, always fighting to be fourth, which would be amazing, between the fourth, the fifth and the sixth, next season Europa League, of course, they can win it.
“They look stability, they are investing more, amazing club, amazing facilities, such a beautiful stadium, you can feel it. Chelsea – I really don’t know.”

Maresca appointment a risk for Chelsea
While we know what to expect from Spurs next season, Chelsea will be a bit of an unknown under Maresca.
The Italian enjoyed huge success at Leicester City last season as he delivered a Championship title. But having just over 18 months of experience in management hardly puts him in a strong position to turn things around at Stamford Bridge.
It looks set to be a defining season for both Spurs and Chelsea though, particularly with Postecoglou aiming to build on a positive debut campaign.
Just three points separated the London rivals last time out and many were surprised to see Pochettino leave after such a positive end of the season.
